Elton himself has obviously given his blessing. It stars Taron Egerton as Elton, and the actor actually sings in the film. Rocketman, the Elton John biopic, clocks in at two hours and one minute.

A child prodigy, he was all set for a career as a classical pianist until he fell in love with pop music as a teenager and then left home.

One of them is, of course, John's music.
